Wilson’s Remediation is a local, family-owned restoration firm founded in 2023. Owner Darren Wilson brings 30 years of hands-on structural restoration experience to every project.

Florida Mold Remediator License MRSR3078. Remediation scope is determined for each property. Independent mold assessment and post-remediation verification are separate from our remediation work.

Services & Project Protocols

Primary Focus: Mold Remediation

Additional Cleaning & Trades Note

Mold remediation is our primary focus. Projects use containment, HEPA filtration, and detailed cleaning appropriate to the conditions and assessor’s protocol.

We provide water damage cleanup, fire and smoke cleanup, plus contents cleaning and pack-out services, subject to item material and current condition.

Structural rebuilding, general trade repairs, and mechanical HVAC work are outside remediator scope and may require separate licensed specialized contractors.

Work protocols and post-remediation verification testing are performed by independent, licensed mold assessors to ensure complete objective evaluation.

We offer free consultations and second opinions. Estimates depend on the project scope; a consultation is not an independent mold assessment or clearance test. Read what your mold remediation estimate includes, including cost factors, exclusions and hidden damage.

We primarily serve Volusia County including Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, and Edgewater. We also cover Palm Coast and Flagler County.
